She won the Miss Silver State USA pageant in 2021. On 27 June 2021, she was crowned with the title of Miss Nevada USA. With her win as Miss Nevada, she became the first openly transgender woman to be qualified to compete in the Miss USA pageant. Sadly, she did not advance to the final stage of Miss USA after getting eliminated before round 16.
After competing in a pageant, she is still working with the Miss USA organization and my community in Las Vegas. She is back on stage as a resident performer at AsiaSF Palm Springs, the recently reopened desert outpost of the storied San Francisco dinner theater.
She uses the platform of pageants to actively advocate for inclusivity and diversity and to promote transgender rights and support for LGBTQ+ youth. She also promoted the hashtag #BEVISIBLE, in a campaign against the hate that includes sharing her life experiences on her social media.
She plans to engage in public speaking and advocacy on behalf of the LGBTQIA Center of Southern Nevada and Las Vegas Trans Pride. As a result of her positive experience with therapy, she now advocates mental health.

Born a male, Enriquez, after battling suicidal tendencies, started transitioning to a woman at the age of 14. She was the only son of her father and he did not accept her. Only after she started bringing her boyfriends to her home her father started getting close to her and accepted her.

She suffered from bullying, abuse, and discrimination because of her gender identity in high school. She revealed that she was not allowed to use either the boys' or girls' bathrooms. She has survived physical and sexual abuse. She had to get mental health therapy during her childhood.
Even during competing in pageants, she faced discrimination. She was denied a roommate and was ordered to provide a medical examination stating she was a woman before competing. During Miss USA, she was questioned solely about her transitioning while other contestants were asked about politics and climate change. After the competition, she expressed her disappointment and stated that the world was not ready for her.
