Skeet Ulrich was born on 20th January 1970 in Lynchburg, Virginia with the birth name Bryan Ray Trout. His father was a hotel chef while his mother Carolyn Elaine Wax is the owner of the special events marketing agency Sports Management Groups. His parents split when Skeet was only about 6 years old.
During an interview with Los Angeles Magazine Skeet opened up that he along with his elder brother Geof was been kidnapped by his dad and they spent 3 years moving from various states. They travelled Florida to New York to Pennsylvania until they were reunited with their mother in North Caroline. Until then their father had already disappeared.
He had his surname from his step dad D.K. Ulrich who is a former race car driver. And his name Skeet was transformed from the nickname “Skeeter” which was given by his soccer coach.
At the age of 10, Skeet had to undergo open-heart surgery in order to correct a ventricular spetal defect.
